Hotel's staff was super-friendly all the time. The location in the middle of jackson was particularly good and absolutely perfect. And we were close enough to Texas and various eateries.

The hotel was incredibly friendly, we truly enjoyed its affable staff. Room was impressive and comfy. Location: the property was short walk to various eateries, gas stations and stores and Texas. It also was in the middle of jackson. The service was good as we had expected. Plus their wifi was free. Everything was simply excellent.

Friendly front desk staff, but room felt rundown.

I loved the comfy king bed with great memory foam pillows 🌟 Road noise was noticeable, and the electrical plugs didn't work properly, though. Breakfast could use some improvement too!

The staff were kind and helpful. I noticed the cleanliness of the room, and my favorite part was enjoying coffee while appreciating the friendly atmosphere with hard-working housekeepers.

WiFi issues.

I had such high hopes for this stay, but let me tell you, the mattresses were sooo uncomfortable and the staff was short tempered. I woudl ve been ok with it all if they had provided an upgrade for my inconvenience, but i guess that's too much to ask for. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was concerning. There were issues with the air conditioning unit not cooling effectively. I encountered a broken exhaust switch in the bathroom and felt uneasy using the amenities.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room and the bed was super comfortable. The heater worked well, and I enjoyed great coffee. The bathroom was nice and clean, which I appreciated.

Solo traveler looking for basic stay

The young lady at the front desk was really nice, made check-in less stressful. My king room was surprisingly big, and the memory foam pillows were a definite plus.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but it was acceptable given the overall experience.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend respite in Big Spring with fantastic value for money. The heater worked very well, keeping us cozy . Bring your own coffee if you're picky about quality.

The kids loved the playgrounds nearby, and we enjoyed the comfy room with big beds perfect for our family. The staff was friendly, made check-in smooth, and we appreciated the little fridge in the room for our snacks.

My wife says that the breakfast options could definitely be better.
